Thank you for choosing AJcaptures. We have put together new packages, rates, policies and contracts in place for Fall 2022. We are excited to help you book your session and will be more than happy to help assist you if you have any questions. Here are some important things to read over before booking your photo session with us:
*Our turn-around time is between 1-2 weeks.
*Photo Proofs will be available within 3-4 days after photo session. All proofs will be unedited and watermarked.
*Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
*A non-refundable retainer fee of $50 to reserve your session date & time through PayPal, Venmo or cash.
*We accept cash or PayPal of the remaining balance due the day of shooting.
*All photos are available by download with print release included.
*Each album will be protected by password given by photographer.
*If sessions need to be rescheduled, photographer must be notified within 7 days. Your retainer fee will be applied to new date. Failure to notify photographer within this time frame will result in you forfeiting your retainer fee.
*It is important for you to understand that all cancelled sessions’ retainer fee will not be refunded.
*Session starts at the time agreed/scheduled on your contract. If you are running late for your session, no additional cost but you forfeit the time lost.
*If photographer is running late, the time lost will be added to the session.
*Location is decided by photographer due to multiple sessions scheduled closely in time. (If you have a specific location you would like, let us know.)
*In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents AJcaptures from shooting on a scheduled date, you may choose to get a full refund of your retainer fee if applicable or reschedule the session. No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the photoshoot as scheduled on your contract.
